We provide junk removal, shed removal and demolition, and construction debris removal for homes and businesses in the Denver metro area, including the cities listed on our website. Service in any location is subject to availability.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website, such as junk removal starting at $99, are starting prices. Every job is quoted based on the information and photos you provide. If the items, structure, or conditions at the job site differ from what was described, the price may change, and we will confirm the price with you before work begins.
Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or earlier jobs.
Items we can't take
We cannot haul hazardous materials, such as paint, chemicals, or fuel. We may decline any item or job that we cannot safely or legally handle. If you are unsure about an item, text us a photo before your appointment.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own, or are authorized to dispose of, the items you ask us to remove, and that you are authorized to have any structure demolished.
- Remove any belongings you want to keep before we arrive. Once items are loaded and hauled away, they cannot be returned.
- Provide safe access to the items or structure, and tell us about any hazards, such as utility lines, sharp materials, or unstable structures.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for any permits or approvals your property requires, such as city or HOA approval.
Disposal of removed items
Items we remove may be disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
Text messaging terms
By checking the text-message consent box on our form, or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Santa Fe Junk Removal about your quote, appointment, and job. Message frequency varies.
